I hurted my back yesterday and now I realize that I cannot exercise for awhile .So I will have to wait until it heals.
Usually I live by simple rules to stay healthy.It is called the NEWSTART program.
N:is nutrition,a balance meal is a must for development of bones and tissues.
E:stands for exercise.Half hour each day is suitable.Makes the body strong and flexible.
W:Water you should drink 6-8 glasses a day.Purify the kidneys.Major part of blood make up.
S:sunshine is great to produce vitamin D.Also it kills germs!
T:temperate ,you must be temperate in your eating habits.Avoid eating between meals
A:air ,fresh air is essential for health.Sleep with windows open(if you can)
R:rest,you need 6-8 hours a day to recharge your body/batteries.
T:trust in God and He will help you control your stress
My friends if you live by these simple rules you will experience life in heavenly places while you are still living on earth!
